Hire a stand-up paddle board (SUP), canoe or kayak from Seaflowers and discover the hidden beauty of Frogmore Creek from the water. Easy to learn, fun for all ages and a unique way to experience our beautiful area - right from the bottom of our garden!
We are fortunate to have several talented local chefs, who provide delicious homecooked meal options for our guests.
Jo Hopkins of Dartmouth’s award winning The Seahorse Restaurant caters our dinner parties. Jo specialises in Mediterranean classical cuisine, using nothing but fresh ingredients, with everything made from scratch. He previously worked with Mark Hix and at London’s TOZI Pizzeria & Cicchetti Bar, returning to The Seahorse to refine his sous chef skills.
Jo Parsons supplies our welcome fridge suppers. Jo is a classically French trained chef, who has cooked for many people over the past 45 years, including appearing on ITV’s ‘This Morning’. She currently runs a popular supper club for residents of Frogmore and the surrounding villagee, and whereever possible uses local ingredients from across the South Hams.
Kris and Naomi Kenyon run our wonderful village cafe, Kenyon’s Deli & Wine. They cater our Devon afternoon teas and celebratory cakes. A husband and wife duo, Chris and Naomi have worked together for the last decade, with Kris previously working as Deputy Manager of The Seahorse Restaurant.

New for Spring 2025, the Seaflowers boatshed now has six brand-new 10’10 Two Bare Feet SUPs, a large Indian canoe and one pre-loved kayak - enough for a full house of 14 to enjoy time together on the water. We also have plenty of life jackets in various sizes.
Frogmore Creek is tidal, with water approximately two hours either side of high tide. On a Springs tide week this will give you 4-5 hours in the morning and evenings, and on a Neaps tide you’ll be able to enjoy 4 hours in the middle of the day. There is something very special in planning your adventures around the natural elements - and when you add on SUPs to your booking you can rest assured that you’re able to use them throughout your stay.
