When is check-in / check-out?
Check-in is from 4pm and check-out is by 10am.

Are children welcome?
Seaflowers is family friendly and children of all ages are welcome. The Shrimp has a cot room, with a cot and changing table. We have two high-chairs, a baby bath, and plenty of books and games to keep children entertained.

Are pets allowed?
Pets are by prior arrangement only and incur a charge at the time of booking. They are considered for full-house bookings only.

Do you provide breakfast?
We don’t provide breakfast but do offer complimentary teas, plunger coffee and fresh milk. You can buy local produce from two nearby farm shops and cook-up a feast in our kitchen, or there are many wonderful places to eat out within easy reach - including a pub directly across the road!

Is there parking? How about EV charging?
There is private car parking for up to six cars, and further on-street parking should you need. There is an electric charger available, charged at £15 per use.

Is there Internet?
We provide guests with complimentary WiFi internet. Phone signal is patchy, so we recommend using WiFi calling during your stay.

If we book the full-house do we have exclusive access?

When booked as a full-house, you have private use of the main property and gardens. The drive is shared with The Annex, a separate attached property where Suzy the owner lives and occasionally lets to other guests. The Annex has its own private enclosed garden.

During your stay access may be needed to the gardens for maintenance purposes.

When booked on a room-only basis, you’ll share the communal areas - including the kitchen, living-dining room and gardens - with other guests. All bedrooms have their own lock.

How many people can stay at once?

Seaflowers accommodates up to 14 people at one time (or 15 if at least one of your group is an infant). There are 7 bedrooms, each designed for 2 people. We have 5 en-suite bedrooms on the ground floor, and a suite on the first floor (The Shrimp) which has 2 adjoining bedrooms, a cot room and a bathroom, bookable as one unit.

Due to the guesthouse style of accommodation, with the exception of The Shrimp, we cannot allow more than 2 people per room. We do not provide any extra bedding.

Should your party be larger than 14 then consider booking The Annex as well, which accommodates a further 2 people. Enquire directly for rates and availability.

What amenities do you provide in the rooms?

All bedrooms have Faith In Nature toiletries, a hairdryer, space to hang clothes, a luggage rack, and high-quality bath towels, hand towels and flannels. Each room also has a small fridge, Nespresso coffee maker, cafetiere, kettle, tea, coffee, sugar, mugs and glasses.

How accessible is the property?
There is one small step at the front door to the main entrance. All rooms are on the ground floor, with the exception of The Shrimp, which is on the first floor and has its own staircase.

Can I smoke?
All rooms and shared spaces are strictly non-smoking, including the garden and outdoor dining areas.

Can we access the Creek directly?

Yes! Seaflowers’ gardens slopes directly down to Frogmore Creek. We own the rights to the foreshore, so you are welcome to launch kayaks, paddle boards and boats right from our private slipway. This is of course at your own risk and we always advise to check tide times and weather conditions (there is enough water to get out/in roughly 2 hours either side of high tide). The gardens are fully enclosed by a stone wall and gate.
