Relaxing activities and meal options

Why not indulge in one of our add-ons to make your stay at Seaflowers even more memorable? We can arrange a selection of relaxing activities and meal options, which are completely flexible to suit your group’s size and interests.

Take a look below and choose any desired optional extras when making your booking, or get in touch if you’d like to include any to an existing booking.

Meals and cakes

Treat your group to welcome supper waiting in the fridge to heat up, a traditional Devon afternoon tea, or a freshly baked cake to celebrate any occassion.

Scones topped with whipped cream and strawberries, with a plate of finger sandwiches, jam, and a cup of coffee in the background.
  • We are fortunate to have several talented local chefs, who provide delicious home cooked meal options for our guests.

Choose from of our home-cooked suppers, and have two-courses either delivered ready-to-eat or waiting in the fridge on arrival to heat-up. These delicious meals are lovingly prepared by Jo Parsons, a classically French trained chef, who runs a popular supper club for residents of Frogmore and the surrounding villages.

Treat your group to a traditional Devon afternoon tea (jam on top of course!) or celebratory cake, both of which are catered for guests of Seaflowers by Kris and Naomi Kenyon, owners of our village cafe, Kenyon’s Deli & Wine.

SUPs, canoes and kayaks

A group of people paddleboarding on a calm river near a residential area with houses on the waterfront, surrounded by green hills.
  • Hire a stand-up paddle board (SUP), canoe or kayak from Seaflowers and discover the hidden beauty of Frogmore Creek from the water. Easy to learn, fun for all ages and a unique way to experience our beautiful area - right from the bottom of our garden!

The Seaflowers boatshed has six brand-new 10’10 Two Bare Feet SUPs, a large Indian canoe and one kayak - enough for a full house of 14 to enjoy time together on the water. We also have plenty of life jackets in various sizes.

Frogmore Creek is tidal, with water approximately two hours either side of high tide. On a Springs tide week this will give you 4-5 hours in the morning and evenings, and on a Neaps tide you’ll be able to enjoy 4 hours in the middle of the day. There is something very special in planning your adventures around the natural elements - and when you add on SUPs to your booking you can rest assured that you’re able to use them throughout your stay.
