Terms and Conditions

Check-in / check-out
Check-in is from 4pm and check-out is 10am. We are unable to accommodate early check-ins.

Payments
A deposit of 50% of the total charge is required upfront to secure a booking. The balance is due four weeks prior to arrival. If the balance is not received by the due date, we reserve the right to make the property available for re-booking. This does not release the guest from their obligation.

Cancellations / modifications
Cancellations or modifications within one week of stay will incur a charge of the full amount for all bookings. Guests are responsible for checking booking details for any other associated terms as these may vary.

Early departure
No refunds will be given on early departure and any outstanding balance will be deducted from the credit card provided.

Smoking
All rooms and shared spaces are non-smoking including the garden and outdoor dining areas. This includes e-cigarettes and vaping. Any traces of residual smoke inside will incur an additional cleaning charge of £200. Any additional costs of cleaning soft furnishings may be added as deemed necessary.

Pets
Pets are by prior arrangement only, and only considered for full-house bookings. No pets are allowed in any of the bedrooms, upstairs or on the sofas, and owners are requested to please clean-up after them.

Additional charges
We reserve the right to charge guests for the following, but not restricted to, all damages and breakages, lost keys, missing items, late departure, extra cleaning and unpaid expenses. Any additional charges will automatically be charged to the credit card provided as security for the booking.

Age requirements
Our minimum check-in age for a room is 18 years.

Parking
Seaflowers is not liable for any loss or damage to a vehicle parked either on our driveway or nearby on-street parking.

Behaviour / noise
Seaflowers is located in a small village. Please respect our neighbours and other guests by keeping noise to a minimum, particularly after 10pm.

We have a “No Party” policy and do not accept Stag or Hen parties.

Unreasonable and excessive noise and/or behaviour will not be tolerated. We reserve the right to request that guests leave the property, with no refunds applicable, should such behaviour continue. Should circumstances warrant it, we may call the police in cases of excessive noise or anti-social behaviour.

Trading terms

Seaflowers reserves the right to release any or all room space if payment terms are not met.
