Seaflowers has an adjacent Annex, which shares the driveway with the main property where Suzy the owner lives. The Annex is avaliable as an add-on to accomodate a larger group of up to 16 people, or for those seeking a little privacy from a group.

The Annex has:

• Living room with large corner sofa, dining area and optional work station

• Modern bathroom with walk-in shower

• Large private enclosed landscaped garden, which a second hot tub, firepit, large dining table and loveseat in a raised gravel garden

• Carport with a private entrance and dedicated parking

• Option to open a door between The Puffin for direct access through the main house.
